FAQs

I can’t find my ticket?

Several attendees have reported difficulty finding their ticket. Some firewalls reject or send our communications to junk. We are doing all we can to resolve this.

We resent all tickets in our 25 May email (subject line: Event app and useful information). We will resend all tickets again on Monday from a different email server.

If you STILL can’t access your ticket, simply state your name at registration and we will print a badge for you. Our staff are well aware of the issue and will accomodate your needs.

Can I watch the conference virtually?

No, this is an in-person event

When and where is the event?

The Digital Health Festival is held annually at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event will take place 31 May – 1 June 2022.

How much are tickets?

The full two-day premium pass costs $1,195 per person (standard rate). This gives you access to all 3 conferences theatres, exhibition floor and roundtables. You can save a significant amount by booking early as ticket prices will increase.

How do I receive my ticket?

Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent directly to your email address. A few days before the event, your ‘show badge’ will be emailed to you via a QR code. This code can be used for self-registration at the event. Alternatively, one of our staff organisers will confirm your registration and provide you with your badge.

How do I become a sponsor?

You can get in touch with the team via our online enquiry form, by emailing us directly on andra@digitalhealthfest.com.au. For more information you can download our sponsorship prospectus here.

Will there be food?

There will be cafés on the show floor. The MCEC also has a range of food and drink outlets.
